国產aⅴa麻豆University at Malibu is a residential institution of higher learning committed to academic excellence and Christian values. The mission of the University is enhanced when a significant number of its students, faculty, and staff are able to live in proximity to one another. To foster community, the University attempts to make housing available to certain faculty and staff who support the University mission. Two housing developments are available on the Malibu campus: the Campus View Condominiums (located on Baxter Drive) and Campus View II (located on the Drescher Graduate Campus).

Principles and Procedures Governing Allocation of University Housing

Full-time faculty and staff may apply to live in the Campus View Condominiums on Baxter Drive or Campus View II on the Drescher Graduate Campus. To download copies of the principles governing on-campus housing, as well as the application form, please choose from the following options:
